In December 2002 Braxtel was acquired by Homisco, Inc. Founded in 1981, Homisco, based in Melrose, MA, is an established telecommunications supplier of hardware and software solutions for a variety of vertical markets including the Hospitality sector, where they are one of the largest software providers in this marketplace. Homisco has six office locations in the U.S. and Africa.  Braxtel operates as a subsidiary of Homisco with continued focus on the sale and support of its technology in the U.S. and Western Europe.
