Braxtel provides a variety of services to our customers and partners available with the purchase of our software and as future services are required.
The services provided are dependent on the software purchased or owned and the customer or partners requirements.
System Configuration - All servers are configured with the appropriate hardware and software and the FluencyTM application is
installed and configured at a Braxtel office location for shipment to a customer location.
System Installation - Braxtel resources assist with the onsite installation of the servers and other required activities such as connectivity to other voice and data systems at the customer location.
Application Development - Customized applications are developed by Braxtel resources based on an application Statement of Work (SOW) developed by Braxtel and the customer.
System Integration - Integration to third-party applications and systems that enable computer-telephony-integration (CTI) at a customer location is provided by a trained Braxtel resource.
Onsite Support - Braxtel resources provide onsite support following the installation of the system at the customer location during the go live process providing additional training and support of the system.
System Training - Operational and technical training is provided on a group or individual basis at a mutually agreed location.
